Surrey Home Visits business sits within a large territory, and covers areas to include all of Surrey, parts of Hampshire, Kent and West Sussex, plus the South East and South London. 
Ideally our new Optometry Partner will be based in the RH or GU6 postcodes and include areas such as Reigate, Dorking, Oxted or Biggin Hill. This would allow easy access across the whole of the territory.

As a Domiciliary Joint Venture Partner, you will lead the business with the aim of providing the very best in patient eyecare.  This Partnership will consist of yourself, the Optometry Partner, and a Customer Service Partner, and you will operate your business with the support of admin assistants, schedulers, optical assistants, and optometrists. You will have the support of a dedicated divisional manager, who will support you with planning and strategies, along with ensuring your business is performing with the best operational excellence in line with our exceptional brand standards. Specsavers also provides marketing and recruitment support, plus your very own tailored induction plan, to ensure you are set for success at every step of your journey as a partner with Specsavers.
Geographically you will work over a set ‘territory’, meaning you won’t be expected to drive for miles daily. Your time as a partner and clinician is best spent building meaningful interactions with your patients and creating lasting ties within your local community, allowing you the autonomy to continuously grow and develop your business.

We are looking for a qualified and GOC registered optometrist, who is passionate and dedicated about ensuring the best patient outcomes, whilst dedicated to your own professional growth and clinical development. You will share the Specsavers ethos and embrace our family culture through nurturing and developing your team, driving success with your fellow partners and steering your domiciliary business in Essex towards success.
