The role & team
Specsavers have a friendly, supportive and high performing Transactional Services team. The Transactional Services team are part of the wider Finance Team of roughly sixty, who provide financial services and compliance support across our Head Office and Specsavers Stores.  

This role will report into the Store Accounts Payable Team Leader, and work within a team of five Accounts Payable Officers. 

 

As a Store Accounts Payable Officer, on a 6 month fixed-term contract, you will be responsible for accurately processing patient & health fund refunds along with assisting the wider Accounts Payable team to ensure all objectives are met.
 

The skills we are looking for

  • Extensive experience in a similar Accounts Payable position
  • A strong team player, with the ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with stakeholders across the business
  • A proactive and problem solving approach to work activities
  • Intermediate excel skills and exposure to Basware preferred but not essential
