In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for all audiology-related inquiries, managing the general audiology inbox, responding to queries, and escalating issues as needed. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Audiology Partners and Support Office team by coordinating documentation, processing requests, and ensuring efficient communication across the business.
You’ll also take ownership of coordinating setup activities for new store openings, assisting business owners and employees with onboarding, and ensuring all necessary administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. Your ability to stay organised, manage competing priorities, and provide seamless support will be vital to the success of the team.
We offer a hybrid work approach to support work-life balance, with part of your time spent at our Support Office in Port Melbourne.
