The Role & Team

Our team of dedicated Business Analysts are integral to the success and smooth operation of our business. Reporting into our Lead Business Analyst, you will work as part of our actional insights product team with an agile framework focused on business intelligence and data warehousing. You will be responsible for eliciting requirements to determine solutions to business problems and play an active role in engaging the business through all phrases of a project ensuring a ‘fit for purpose’ solution is achieved. The Business Analyst role will be based at our support office in Port Melbourne. 

 

Key Selection Criteria

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst working with Business Intelligence, Data warehousing and reporting based projects
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau or equivalent is highly desirable
  • Experience working in agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects concurrently
  • Competent use of Jira and Confluence is desirable
  • Experience working in a Retail, Supply chain or similar environment is desirable
