The Role & Team
Are you looking for the next step take your Optometry career? The Clinical Performance Consultant is a key support role within the Specsavers Optometry Field Support team. Reporting into the Head of Clinical Performance, you will deliver training and support for sixty stores across NSW / ACT to support and increase stores clinical effectiveness and clinical excellence.

 

As the Clinical Performance Consultant, you will ensure consistency in the delivery of optometry and optical procedures and provide first class levels of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders through facilitating optometry training, coaching and development programs. In addition, this role will see you working to achieve the successful implementation and development of annual plan initiatives.

 

The skills we are looking for:

  • Significant experience as an Optometrist
  • Hold a current Optometry Board of Australia Certificate of Registration
  • Experience facilitating training to audiences of 5-30 people highly advantageous 
  • Experience of retail management and/or training design and delivery
  • Commitment to customer service and exceptional customer service skills with the ability to coach/mentor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong influencing and resilience skills
