The role & team
The CRM Manager role sits within Specsavers Marketing department, which comprises of roughly 70 members based in Melbourne and works collaboratively with a global brand function. Due to an internal promotion, we are now looking for an experienced CRM professional to join the team on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
Reporting into the Senior CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing CRM communication strategies to deliver on core KPI’s, increasing customer retention, re-activation and reducing churn for existing Specsavers customers.
In this role, you will work with the marketing planning team, develop campaign briefs, work with designers and developers to execute CRM campaigns and utilise test and learn frameworks which optimise conversion, engagement and customer experience.
This is a non-supervisory role, as the CRM Manager you will not have direct reports.
