The Role & Team
The CRM Manager role sits within Specsavers world-renowned Marketing department, which comprises of roughly forty members based in Melbourne and works collaboratively with a global brand function. Reporting into the Head of CRM on a fixed term contract, you will work closely with a team across Digital, CRM and Ecommerce to maximise loyalty to the Specsavers brand by developing and executing customer communication to existing customers to bring them back.

In this hands on role, you will provide a clear understanding of how to leverage consumer behavioural, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data in order to deliver and develop new strategic initiatives and plans to optimise current performance with a vision of growing our customer database, retention, increased profit, brand growth, market control and advocacy for Specsavers.


The skills we are looking for:

  • Direct marketing or CRM experience in a large business  
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly analytical 
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to take stakeholders on a story-telling journey using data
