The role & team

As the Data Test Analyst, you will be playing a pivotal role in the success of our growing technology department. You will be an ambitious, driven, self-starter who can work autonomously in an Agile delivery model. 

Working alongside our Data Team and reporting into our Lead Test Analyst you will perform database testing which inlcudes: 

  • Data quality – checking source data 
  • Data processing & transformations (Azure Databricks)
  • Data files – adhoc testing
  • Power BI Reports – functionality testing 

Alongside this you will also be invloved in analysis & design, which includes overall planning, analysis, preparation, execution and reporting of test activities ensuring the quality of our data products.


The skills we are looking for 

  • Strong SQL skills across multiple database platforms, ideally formally certified
  • Considerable experience in Database and ETL Testing
  • Experience in using Azure Databricks, MySQL, and Oracle platforms and interface tools
  • Strong stakeholder management skills 
  • A demonstrable working knowledge of testing methodology with Agile principles
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects concurrently 
  • ISTQB certification or a relevant IT degree is desirable
