The role & team
Our Marketing team is home to over seventy members and plays an important role in the growth of Specsavers across Australia and New Zealand.  We are now looking for a Digital Analytics Specialist to join our exciting and fast paced marketing team on a full-time permanent basis. 


The Digital Analytics Specialist will lead the development and use of digital analytics data to build insights and support campaigns and strategies for ANZ. You will establish efficient ways to organise and interpret data references and convert that knowledge into outputs that drive online customer engagement. As the digital analytics champion for the ANZ region, you will also help simplify the complexity of data management for key stakeholders, with practical insights and outputs to help drive our annual business plans. 


At Specsavers, we believe in adopting a hybrid approach to support our people and the future of work. When not working from an alternative location, the Digital Analytics Specialist will be based at our support office in Port Melbourne.  

The essential skills we are looking for

  • Adept with Google Analytics and preferably Looker Studio or Google Analytics certified
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including translating complex concepts into simple and understandable terms
  • The ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally with key stakeholders and the global analytics team
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end digital analytics projects
