The role & team

Specsavers have a fun, close-knit, friendly and supportive Central Support team and we have an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Customer Service Agent to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract. In your new role as an Ecommerce Customer Service Agent, you will join a team who pride themselves on both their exceptional customer service skills, and their ability to build great relationships across our business.

This role will support the achievement of business quality objectives and customer service targets by acting as the first point of contact for all customer orders and queries. Entering orders accurately and responding in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner to all customer enquiries.


The skills we are looking for


  • Demonstrable experience within a customer service environment
  • High attention to detail and excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional and professional telephone skills
  • Highly competent computer skills with knowledge and experience in the use of the Microsoft suite of software, the use of databases, electronic diaries, e-mail and the Internet
