The role & team
In this exciting role as the Future Talent Development Manager (FTDM), you will be a vital member of our Retail Central Operations Department. Reporting into the National Store Support Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the Store Manager, Instore Trainer (IST) and Supervisor population build their capabilities by providing program facilitation, advice, coaching, skills development, and bespoke support.
The FTDM is responsible in ensuring the Store Manager, In-store Trainer and Supervisor programs and engagement strategies meet the needs of the business and audience, while working with the broader teams involved in development of store/leadership development to maintain consistency and progression of content throughout the development journey.
