The role and the team 

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Systems Implementation Specialist on a two-year fixed term contract to take a key role in the upgrade and roll out of people technology for the ANZ region including SuccessFactors 2 and Doxis for Support Team and Stores and ensure that live HR systems are working as expected to support the business.
This position will take a hands-on role in the full project lifecycle activities including; assisting in project planning, capturing as is processes and data, organising and participating various cross functional workshops (e.g. discovery, requirements and playback workshops), provide input to configuration, testing and go live/launch to ensure outcomes that improve our people systems and data both during roll out and post go live.  
Assist with project coordination and providing the key point of contact for stakeholders in both the ANZ Support team and the UK people systems teams.  

This role is part of the wider People & Organisation team of over forty-five which includes Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and Reception departments. 

Essential skills

 

  • Experienced in system admin for a HR, payroll or learning management system, ideally with SuccessFactors
  • Experience in people system implementation projects  
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, across various territories
  • Coordination skills 
  • Expertise in User Acceptance Testing (functionality, integrations, data)
  • Effective time management & organisational skills
  • Possess high level attention to detail
  • Sound analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Well-developed verbal & written communication skills
  • Customer focused at all times
  • Ability to operate as an effective team player
