The role & team

We have a rare yet exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Business Partner to join our wider People & Organisation department. Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development ANZ, you will partner and consult with key business units to offer Learning and Development advice, coaching, guidance and solutions to both individuals and teams within the support office.

You will work collaboratively with the wider L&D team to design, develop and evaluate blended learning solutions and collaborate on exciting, diverse projects with your HR and Talent colleagues to fulfill our strategic people plans. In this role, you will own our core offer of development to all Support Office team members which includes managing the Specsavers Support Office Induction program and facilitating a suite of personal development workshops.

As the L&D Business Partner, you will have a natural ability to build strong relationships, coach and inspire managers to build their business leadership capabilities in line with the overall people strategy.

 

The skills we are looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar role within L&D, ideally working in a business partnering model
  • Proven high-level stakeholder management, including engaging and influencing senior leaders
  • Advanced communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating training to diverse audiences
  • Experience in administering and debriefing a range of psychometric profiling tools
