The role & team
We have an exceptional opportunity for a Learning and Development Business Partner to join our People & Organisation team. Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development ANZ, you will partner with the Support Office business in offering best practice Learning and Development advice, guidance, expertise and solutions that support the delivery of business plans and uplift in capability across individuals and teams.
You will work collaboratively with the wider Learning & Development team to design, develop and evaluate blended learning solutions and collaborate on exciting, diverse projects with your HR and Talent colleagues to fulfill our strategic people plans.
As the Learning & Development Business Partner, you will have a natural ability to build strong relationships, coach and inspire managers to build their business leadership capabilities in line with the overall people strategy.
