The role & team

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, this 9-12 months fixed term contract role will join our Marketing Brand Creative team to ensure the seamless development of our brand communications and customer activity across our channel mix.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our creative development process with our creative agency and internal studio. It is the responsibility of the Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns & content consistently delivers on the brief, in line with our brand guidelines and tone of voice. All creative is delivered on time, on budget and in line with the overall marketing strategy. 
The Marketing Manager will have to build effective relationships with cross functional stakeholders, influencing to drive the most effective on brand customer communications. The ideal candidate will have exposure to managing multiple campaigns at a time, presenting to various stakeholders & peers along with a strong ability to get the best creative results.


The skills we are looking for:  

  • Ability to interpret briefs and associated customer journeys with an ability to apply these elements to creative development (integrated creative activity)
  • Ability to manage campaign budgets, review external cost estimates and track monthly spend to keep on budget. 
  • Strong influencing skills: able to independently engage with stakeholders and agencies to deliver strong creative outcomes
  • Ability to understand, interpret and apply brand guidelines, media plans and media specifications for TV, radio, press, out of home, CRM, digital and social channels  
  • Proven track record in shaping and creating brand communications across a retail customer journey across paid, owned and earned channels
