Two Optometrist Joint Venture Partnership Opportunities – Arundel, Coomera & Helensvale, QLD

Unique opportunity for an experienced Optical Professional to own and work across three stores in the Gold Coast, Queensland.

 

Located less than an hour away from Brisbane CBD, The Gold Coast stretches along 57 km's of coastline and is home to over half a million people. Beyond the city’s long sandy beaches are vast, sub-tropical rainforests with breathtaking scenery.  The Gold Coast one of the fastest growing economies in Australia. The Gold Coast has a fantastic public transport system that makes getting around the city very easy.

 

Specsavers Arundel opened in 2008 and is centrally located in the Arundel Plaza. The centre is anchored by Coles. The store is 47sqm, and contains 1 dispense desk, 1 Optical test room, 765 frames on display with a combined office and staff room.

 

Specsavers Helensvale opened in 2010 and is located in the Helensvale Westfield Shopping Centre. The centre is anchored by Aldi, Coles, Kmart, Target and Woolworths. The store is 189sqm, and contains 10 dispense desks plus an Eye-bar, 4 Optical test rooms, 1119 frames on display, a dedicated pre-test room and staff room.

 

Specsavers Coomera opened in 2018 and is located in Westfield Coomera Shopping Centre. The centre is anchored by Coles, Kmart, Target and Woolworths. The store is 164sqm and contains 8 dispense points 5 Optical test rooms, 1176 frames on display, and staff room, 2 pre-test rooms. All three stores are equipped with market-leading equipment including OCT.
