Opportunity to own and work across two fantastic stores! Specsavers Hervey Bay Central store is located in the Stockland Hervey Bay Shopping Centre, home to retail drawcards Coles, K Mart, JB Hi Fi, Best & Less. The store is 117sqm in size, with 6 dispense desks, 3 consulting rooms, over 1150 frames on display and a dedicated pre-test and separate staff room/office. Due to growth the store will be relocating in August to include 4 test rooms, 2 pre-test rooms and will be welcoming Audiology into the business.

 

Specsavers Hervey Bay Pialba is located in the Pialba Place Shopping Centre, home to retail drawcards Coles and Big W. The store has been recently refitted with the latest Specsavers digital and backlit displays, is 109sqm in size, with 5 dispense desks, 1 Optical test room and 1 dual use Optical and Audiology test room, over 1130 frames on display and a combined pre-test/fields and combined staff room/office. Both stores boast state of the art equipment including OCT and HVF.

 

Hervey Bay is located on the Fraser Coast in Queensland, a scenic 3 ½ hour drive north of Brisbane. Hervey Bay has long been an attractive place to live and work with its sweeping beaches and lush hinterland. It is easy to see why people visit, fall in love with and relocate to this stunning region.
