The role & team
Specsavers has a high performing and commercial Professional Recruitment Audiology Team based in Port Melbourne. The Audiology team are embarking on an exciting journey of growth and are revolutionising the Audiology industry as we know it!
As the Professional Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for providing timely and innovative resourcing solutions to attract and recruit graduate audiologists, employed audiologists and audiology retail team members to support our growth plans.
The skills we are looking for
• Extensive end to end recruitment experience is essential
• Graduate recruitment experience will be highly regarded
• Possess a good understanding of resourcing, proactive talent strategies and best practice
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
