The role & team
Specsavers has a high performing and commercial Professional Recruitment Audiology Team based in Port Melbourne. The Audiology team are embarking on an exciting journey of growth and are revolutionising the Audiology industry as we know it! Reporting into the Professional Recruitment Manager, this role sits within a team of three team members and is part of the wider Audiology team of thirty.

The Professional Recruitment team is responsible for the recruitment of candidates to become Audiology Joint Venture Partners and Employees across Australia and New Zealand. The role objective is to provide a timely resourcing solution to attract and recruit the best audiology professionals to support our ambitious growth plans.


The skills we are looking for

  • Proven end to end recruitment experience is essential
  • Possess a good understanding of resourcing, talent strategies and best practice
  • Strong stakeholder management and candidate management skills
