The role & team

We have a newly created role for an experienced Professional Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly, supportive, and high performing Professional Recruitment Team. Reporting into the Head of Partner Recruitment and SRS, you will be responsible for providing timely and creative resourcing solutions to attract and recruit Optometrists and Retail Leaders to fill both employee and partnership roles in hard to fill locations. 

This role is also responsible for building excellent relationships with the Store Directors and/or their hiring manager, as well as candidates, identifying opportunity for innovative recruitment solutions and ensuring that best practice is always adopted.

 

The skills we are looking for

  • Extensive end to end recruitment experience is essential 
  • Demonstrated experience implementing proactive talent strategies to recruit for niche / hard to fill roles 
  • Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
  • A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, showcasing a strong self-starter mentality
