The role & team 
Specsavers has a high performing and commercial Professional Recruitment Audiology Team based in Port Melbourne. The Audiology team are embarking on an exciting journey of growth and are revolutionising the Audiology industry as we know it! Reporting into the Professional Recruitment Manager, we’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join the team.

This role is responsible for providing support to the Professional Recruitment team for all recruitment activities, including but not limited to, advertising, administration, conducting phone screens, coordinating assessments, booking meeting venues and preparing assessment packs.


The skills we are looking for

  • Excellent organisational skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
  • Possess a good understanding of resourcing, talent strategies and best practice 
  • Strong stakeholder management and candidate management skills
