The role & team
The Regional Relationship Manager role sits within the wider Retail Support Team in the NSW/ACT region. Reporting into the State Director – NSW/ACT you will support approximately 70 Partners within the region across 30 stores. You will work within a team of 8 other Regional Relationship and Training Managers as well as other Specsavers team members in the field of Optometry and Audiology who are also located in NSW/ACT.
As the Regional Relationship Manager your adaptability and proactive approach is key. You will be a strong leader, have strong commercial acumen, a natural ability to build relationships and a demonstrated ability to inspire our Partners.
In managing your portfolio of stores, you will support our Partners to maximise store performance while working collaboratively with our trading team to deliver the region’s annual plan and identify growth strategies.
The skills we are looking for
The Regional Relationship Manager role will be based in NSW. Our national support office employs over five hundred staff across a variety of retail head office functions from Marketing to Finance as well as having more unique departments such as Audiology, Optometry and Glazing Services!
