The role & team
The Regional Relationship Manager role sits within the wider Retail Support Team in the WA region. Reporting into the State Director –  WA, you will support approximately 70 Partners within the region across 30 stores.  You will work within a team of 3 other Regional and Training Managers as well as other Specsavers team members in the field of Optometry and Audiology who are also located in WA. 

 

As the Regional Manager your adaptability and proactive approach is key. You will be a strong leader, have strong commercial acumen, a natural ability to build relationships and a demonstrated ability to inspire our Partners.

In managing your portfolio of stores, you will support our Partners to maximise store performance while working collaboratively with our trading team to deliver the region’s annual plan and identify growth strategies.

 

The essential skills we are looking for

  • A strong career history to date within retail operations or consultative field-based role within the retail industry
  • Experience/exposure in dealing with multi-site and multi-ownership business (i.e. franchising) will be highly desirable
  • Ability to analyse and utilise an extensive suite of reporting tools, to lead, coach, motivate and develop our Partners to optimise trading performance.
  • The ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally with key stakeholders and other Retail Support team peers of a business head officed in Melbourne.
  • Demonstrated experience improving performance in regards to customer service levels.
