Specsavers have a fantastic opportunity for a Retail leader to join the team at Lower Hutt known in their community for delivering the highest quality patient care!

 

Lower Hutt has a small village atmosphere and a diverse range of residents from all walks of life. While a little smaller in population than Wellington City, this area is big on beautiful outdoors experiences and is huge on hospitality. With the harbour, the hills and the river to obtain local produce, the city is known for its high-quality fresh food and lively food scene.

 

Living in Wellington you will be able to enjoy easy access to 497km of coastline and Wellington’s 363km of mountain bike and walking tracks around the city. Situated less than 20 minutes away from the centre of Lower Hutt is Belmont Regional Park. This stunning, diverse park offers 10 walking tracks and has great mountain biking and horse-riding trails.

 

Trains, buses, roads, ferries and trails all connect the region, making it easy to commute to other areas. Being a compact city, you can take advantage of biking, walking or scootering to work. With Wellington Airport just a 15-minute drive from the heart of the city, you're never more than an hour’s flight away from all the main centres.

 

Specsavers Lower Hutt opened in 2008 and is ideally located in The Queensgate Shopping Centre, 17kms north-east of the CBD. The centre houses over 130 specialty stores, and is anchored by Countdown, Farmers and H&M. The store is 281sqm in size and offers 7 optical test rooms, 14 dispense points, a dedicated Audiology room, 1100+ frame count and state of the art equipment including OCT.
