The role & team
Our Marketing department is home to over seventy members and plays an important role in the growth of Specsavers across Australia and New Zealand. We are now looking for a Senior Customer Insights & Analytics Manager to join our dynamic marketing team on a full-time permanent basis. 

Reporting into the Director of Customer Engagement ANZ, the Senior Customer Insights & Analytics Manager is responsible for defining, developing and implementing the customer analytics and insights strategy for the organisation. This involves working collaboratively with wider Marketing teams such as CRM and Digital as well as our Technology department. In this role, you will also lead a small Customer Analytics team and provide coaching, and development as required. 

The essential skills we are looking for

• Demonstrated experience in a similar marketing role, discovering insights and understanding their commercial ramifications within a comparable fast-paced environment 
• Proven experience in utilising large databases, including implementation and ongoing management 
• Strong experience with visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau 
• Programming skills including SQL and Python highly desirable 
• Experience with Azure technologies 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strategic working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
