The role & team
Specsavers has a friendly, supportive, and high performing Professional Recruitment Team based in Port Melbourne that provides support across three streams of the Professional Recruitment Department; Partner Recruitment, Graduate Recruitment and SRS Recruitment. This 14-month fixed-term role reports directly into the SRS Locum Team Leader and is part of the wider Professional Recruitment team consisting of twenty-seven members. 

The SRS Locum Recruitment Consultant will develop and deliver excellent contractor/temp recruitment solutions to the Specsavers stores in line with agreed service levels.This role is responsible for building excellent relationships with the Store Directors, their Store managers, as well as candidates, by identifying opportunity for additional contractor recruitment solutions and ensuring that best practice is always adopted.
 
The skills we are looking for

• Prior experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or Administrator 
• Exposure to end-to-end recruitment within a high volume and fast paced environment 
• Ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders
• Demonstrate previous experience at delivering and / or supporting operational improvements
• Highly organised and strong attention to detail
