The role & team
Specsavers has a friendly, supportive, and high performing Professional Recruitment Team based in Port Melbourne that provides support across three streams of the Professional Recruitment Department: Partner Recruitment, Graduate Recruitment and SRS Recruitment. This role is part of the wider Professional Recruitment team consisting of twenty three team members.
The SRS Recruitment Consultant will develop and deliver excellent permanent recruitment solutions to the Specsavers stores in line with agreed service levels. This role is responsible for building excellent relationships with the Store Directors, their Store managers, as well as candidates, by identifying opportunity for additional recruitment solutions and ensuring that best practice is always adopted.
The skills we are looking for
• Have demonstrated end to end recruitment experience within a high volume and fast paced environment
• Have strong influencing and relationship building skills with key stakeholders
• Demonstrate previous experience at delivering and / or supporting operational improvements
• Highly organised and strong attention to detail
This role is offered as a 12 month fixed-term contract.
