The role & team
The Audiology team are embarking on an exciting journey of growth and are revolutionising the Audiology industry as we know it! We’re looking for a talented Systems Specialist to join our Melbourne-based team.

Reporting into the Operations Support Manager, and working within a team of 3 systems specialists, this role will support our Audiology Partners across Australia and New Zealand. 

In this role, you will be the system administrator and support person for our practice management software – Aurora. You will provide practical support to individuals via phone and email, develop training resources, and deliver our induction program as well as ad-hoc training interventions. You will also maintain the system through ad-hoc audits, annual configuration tasks, as well as testing system upgrades prior to rollout. 

 

The skills we are looking for

  • Detailed knowledge of Aurora by Auditdata (previously Simply Hearing) highly advantageous
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and prioritise workloads
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse range of people
  • Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
