The role & team
We have an opportunity for an exceptional, Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team! This role sits within the broader People & Organisation team of thirty team members consisting of; Human Resources, Learning & Development and Payroll.
This is your opportunity to join a highly collaborative and innovative team, where you will be an integral part of our strategy in shaping the future of Specsavers. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, we’re looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition professional to join our team.
We are passionate about attracting, assessing, and selecting the right talent for Specavers. This position will see you partner with our Finance, Technology, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, Central Operations, Legal, Risks & Project teams where you will proactively develop strategies to acquire top talent. You will be responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle and be involved in working with our broader People & Organisation team to roll-out various exciting strategic initiatives and projects.
