The role & team

Specsavers is a full hybrid organisation and has a high performing and commercial Professional Recruitment Audiology Team based in Port Melbourne when not working from an alternative location. As a permanent Senior Talent Acquistion Consultant within a team of five, you will be responsible for providing timely and innovative resourcing solutions to attract and recruit graduate audiologists, employed audiology professionals and audiology retail team members to support our growth plans, in addition to sourcing audiology professionals seeking to move into business ownership. This role would suit someone with strong traditional sourcing experience who enjoys building long lasting relationships with candidates and is interesting in learning a unique way of working in recruitment.


Essential Skills:

  • Extensive end to end recruitment experience is essential 
  • Franchise recruitment experience will be highly regarded but not essential 
  • Possess a good understanding of resourcing, proactive talent strategies and best practice 
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
