The Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Picker Packer with a great attitude to join our Distribution Centre team in Port Melbourne. You will be supporting the Distribution Centre Manager and Supervisor by ensuring the warehouse is efficiently operating, and both internal and external customer requirements are being met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

As Warehouse Picker Packer, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the management of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of Contact Lenses and other Consumables
• Ensuring that the highest levels of inventory integrity are maintained
• Liaising with the customer service team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders
• Lifting, picking, packing and dispatching of orders
• Ensuring quality of presentation and accuracy of contents of all outgoing parcels to customers

About You

Reporting to the Distribution Centre Supervisor, you will possess the following skills:

• Experience in a warehouse or stock handling environment, and knowledge of WMS in operation is essential
• Understanding of occupational health and safety
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic numeracy and computer skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance competing priorities
