Salary: $80,000 – $95,000
Actual compensation within the range will be based on experience 
We also offer quarterly variable compensation package (bonus) + benefits

What You’ll Do 

To build the Specsavers brand, ‘brand love’, and engagement through retail marketing campaigns that embody our tone of voice: warm, knowledgeable and down to earth. To deliver the Specsavers personality in an effective way through all our customer communication and touchpoints to support trading and brand objectives. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • With direction from the Senior Manager, Brand and Creative, coordinate the day-to-day completion of various assets and projects across the finish line, while working cross-functionally with colleagues and internal and external creative agencies.

  • Works with Senior Manager, Brand and Creative, in the development of retail marketing campaigns and creative. Ensures that the Specsavers ‘green thread’ is embedded in brand communications.

  • Thorough knowledge of brand guidelines and application in creative content.  Balances brief requirements with brand guidelines to deliver effective creative outcomes.

  •  Understands and applies learnings from previous customer activity to improve marketing effectiveness.

  • Leads personal development and looks to improve individual capability.

 

What We’re Looking For 

 

Essential: 

  • 5+ years in marketing role; preferably within a global or national brand.

  • Thrives in an agile marketing team and builds strong working relationships

  • Experience in working with external creative agencies or third parties

  • Ability to manage multiple activities with competing timelines and varying complexity

  • Manage budgets and track spend accordingly

  • Ability to understand, interpret and apply brand guidelines

  • Experience in building multichannel campaign briefs across paid, owned and earned channels

  • Strong project management capabilities, and attention to detail

  • Ability to connect the dots across the customer journey and across multiple touchpoints (video, digital, print, in-store, online, ecommerce)
