The Store Concierge plays a crucial role in driving foot traffic, engaging potential customers, and creating awareness about the significance of regular eye exams. This position focuses on promoting the Specsavers brand and enhancing customer engagement by encouraging customer to have eye exams.



  • Proactively approach customers passing the store, fostering awareness about the Specsavers brand and offer.
  • Provide information on eye health and benefits of professional eye exams.
  • Offering to clean or adjust customers current glasses to engage in conversation to encourage bookings and glasses sales.
  • Communicate effectively with retail staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and glasses sales.
  • Prioritize a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and informative interactions.


About you:

  • A willingness to promote Specsavers from the lease line of the store.
  • Enjoys interacting with people and building positive customer relationships.
  • Comfortable working outside to reach a broader audience.
  • Confident and engaging communication style.
  • The ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Determined to accomplish results through perseverance and has a can-do attitude.



  • Previous experience in sales, event staffing, or promotional roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail.
