Focussing on managing campaigns and creative production and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative assets for marketing plans in Northern Europe, we are looking for a Campaign Production Lead to join. Read on and learn more about the role.
Your role
This role leads a team of 3 colleagues whilst overseeing the end-to-end process of planning, managing, and delivering creative assets to production suppliers for the Northern European Marketing teams. This entails close collaboration with regional subject matter experts, senior stakeholders and country marketing teams.
You will report to the Northern European Head of Customer Experience as Campaign Production Lead.
The regional Customer Experience team designs and produces over 100 projects and thousands of creative assets annually, supporting marketing media and POS across five Northern European markets.
Responsibilities include managing production budgets and deadlines, coordinating in-country approvals, and ensuring compliance with Group brand and legal guidelines. Key responsibilities would look like, but not be limited to:
Occasional travel (2-3 weeks/year) is expected in the role.

As Campaign and Production Lead, you’ll become integral to the dynamic Customer Experience team, collaborating closely with talented marketing and creative colleagues.

As our new Campaign Production Lead, you’ll work in a hybrid setup at our Northern European support office in Nordhavn. Our office features many collaborative spaces and a stunning rooftop terrace with breathtaking city and harbour views.
Your qualifications
To succeed in the Campaign Production Lead role, knowing how and what to prioritize is key whilst leading, influencing and collaborating with others to deliver high-quality results.
To fulfil this role at Specsavers, you should align with the following requirements:
Preferably, you also have experience in international marketing, visual identity, brand management and photo shoots.
On a more personal note, we want to welcome a Campaign Production Lead who is comfortable in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment. You are detail-oriented, organized and good at making decisions about production priorities and budgets.
