To strengthen our Employer & Clinical branding team’s campaigns, we’re searching for a Campaign- SoMe- Platform superstar to join our team, working within our Northern Europe region.
What’s the job about?
The Specsavers/ Louis Nielsen brand is our greatest asset. To ensure that this - alongside our vision -remains consistently executed and communicated to the industry and future employees, we need you to join our team! As part of the daily operation of all Employer and Clinical branding campaigns, you’ll work with all five Northern European markets for both stores and offices. You’ll be supporting the agenda for all paid campaigns to ensure that we reach relevant, potential employees who are not yet engaging with us. We work hard to ensure that our communication stays relevant, on-brand, professional, and consistent with our employer and clinical brand. You’ll work closely with the Campaign Manager, our recruitment teams, and the rest of our Employer & Clinical branding team and stay up-to-date with latest tools, trends and best practices in paid social media.
Your new workday will consist of many exciting tasks, for example:
  • Contributing to planning and executing the campaigns plan targeting all our target groups (potential employees)
  • Identifying and planning the purpose/scope and channel strategy
  • Acting as the coordinating contact point and project lead regarding preparation, production, and traffic management plans 
  • Act as subject matter expert for all levels within Northern Europe making sure that relevant information is shared between the relevant teams 
  • Responsible for managing and optimizing our paid media planning, benchmarking to KPI’s, and continuously improving our data and reporting setup and procedures
  • Ongoing development and optimization of the paid social media plans: targeting, budgeting, testing on all owned platforms

Your qualifications

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken 
  • Solid understanding of the process to deliver a campaign from brief to production to a live campaign
  • Experience setting up, monitoring and adjusting campaigns in various business managers
  • Thorough understanding of social media and online platforms
  • Experience with project management in all phases of campaign planning and production 
  • Experience with analysis and reporting of social media performance data (e.g. in Google Analytics, Power Bi, Brandwatch etc.)
  • Have a proactive and collaborative approach
  • Possess a natural sense of urgency
  • Great at managing stakeholders 
  • Have a sharp eye for details
Your development
Within 3 months, you will:  
 
  • be onboarded to the team, Specsavers and your responsibility areas 
  • learn about the scope of our campaign strategy and your role in the the planning and executiong of it
  • get acquainted with your local and regional stakeholders 
  
Within 6-12 months, you are:  
 
working dedicatedly on mulitple campaign projets with multiple stakeholders
ensuring that our existing campaigns are running smoothly and in accordance with our targets
the go-to person regarding paid social media planning

Louis Nielsen startede med en enkelt butik i Aalborg tilbage i 1978. I 1994 blev han udstødt af optikerbranchen, da han nægtede at rette ind efter den overpris forbrugerne blev tvunget til at betale. Louis Nielsen mente, at alle borgere havde ret til et par briller til en rimelig pris.
