What you’ll do?
  • Lead the strategic definition, discovery and implementation of MarTech initiatives to support audience selection and omnichannel campaign orchestration across our 11 countries
  • Work with relevant stakeholders on defining MarTech requirements and the more granular use cases architecting a roadmap for delivery  
  • Work with internal and external delivery partners on delivering required marketing capabilities 
  • Play an instrumental role in assessing the impact of new capabilities on existing ways of working, and work with stakeholders to adapt and transform where required 
  • Champion a digital transformation and data-driven marketing agenda

Who you are?
  • A seasoned marketeer with a solid understanding of the role of data and technology in improving customer journeys and marketing efficiency 
  • Passionate about MarTech with hands on experience of building capability to support audience selection and omnichannel marketing orchestration 
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire others to align around shared business goals 
  • Excellent consultative skills and ability to influence decision making 
  • Customer-centric in mind and approach
