Throughout the programme you’ll learn leadership skills and practical techniques
that you can apply in your store right away. And, you’ll receive continuous coaching
and mentoring support from start to finish. Ensuring you have everything in place
to enable you to be the best you can be.

From beginning to end

1. Start here

Your journey begins with a pre-assessment
to confirm your suitability for the programme.

2. Learning gap analysis

The second stage will identify your unique development
requirements in order to build your personal plan.

From this you will develop a personal timetable
to meet your personal needs.

3. Core plan

Your core plan will be unique to you. It will be delivered
using a variety of modules, for example a mix of both
virtual and face-to-face activities.

4. Final assessment

Your assessment process will be agreed with your
Partner in Development support team.
