What you’ll do?
This role will be the cornerstone in planning and executing B2B activities to drive volume and sales. New customer acquisition plays a significant role in the success of the job. Pro-actively and creatively approaching companies, supporting partners with expertise, materials, and tools to drive B2B from a local perspective.
  • Grow the corporate business by acquisition of new corporate clients, build key corporate relations to drive profitable business growth through B2B and Premium Club.
  • Attend in sales meetings with key corporate clients to influence corporate client stake holders.
  • Build and maintain key corporate client relations to protect existing corporate contracts.
  • Ensure follow-up arrangements with corporate client stake holders, which may include pre-arranged face-to-face meetings, virtual meetings, or regular phone calling.
  • Participate in conferences/exhibitions for B2B, HR, H&S professionals etc. Support store partners with local corporate agreement activities like eye test events etc.
  • Contribute and developing the annual plan for B2B in collaboration

Who you are?
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in corporate sales (B2B).
  • Focused on Customer Service and Client Relationships.
  • Negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively in writing, face to face, in presentations and over the phone. Interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with others. 
  • The ability to work as part of a cross functional team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills. Coordinate, bring people together, problem solving. 
  • The ability to prioritise and work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, ensuring the customer experience is always the priority.
  • Fluent speaking and writing Finnish and English. Swedish is an advantage.
  • General IT skills with a good working knowledge of CRM, MS Office programs like Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Optometrist with licence in occupational vision care. In addition, education in a commercial discipline is an advantage.
