What you’ll do?
The NE data hub develops data products that underpin the NE business plans and ambitions, whilst championing and driving the overarching data transformation strategy. The Head of Data Products (NE) is accountable for creating an environment to sustainably deliver data enabled business plans.
Key accountabilities include:
  • Partner with the NE Executive and Leadership Group to understand business priorities and provide leadership on how data can support their goals.
  • Partner with Commercial Directors and the NE Data Forum to ensure the NE data hub drives the largest benefits, data products are embedded and realise their true potential.
  • Building trusted relationships to develop, maintain and govern the NE data roadmap and plan.
  • Leading and evolving a matrix team to deliver business plans within time, cost, quality, and other constraints with direct line management responsibilities for the Data Business Analyst resources in the hub.
  • Champion agile working with the aim to iteratively deliver value at pace.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Collate and consolidate demand pipeline, partnering with the NE Data Exec Forum to ensure data initiatives are prioritised.
  • Guide the NE Exec Data Forum, providing all necessary information to allow them to clearly understand progress and enable them to make prioritisation decisions.
  • Manage the design, development, and delivery of all prioritised data initiatives, provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, ensuring they’re informed with managed expectations.
  • • Partner with the business to ensure data products are embedded and delivering their anticipated benefits.
  • • Work with commercial directors to evaluate the benefits generated from data initiative
Who you are?
  • Proven product management experience and/or leading complex data transformations.
  • Proven matrix management experience across multiple technology delivery disciplines i.e., business analysis, solution design, data engineering, quality assurance, data science, and data visualization.
  • Experience in agile techniques, product management and delivery for data products.
  • Proven leader and manager with strong commercial, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional business partnering, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Adept at explaining complex concepts in a relatable way with stakeholders.
  • Educated/Experienced to degree level in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in a similar retail or healthcare environment is desired.

In this position, you’ll be working from our NESO office in Hvidovre as well as in a suiting hybrid set-up. However, in 2024, we’re relocating to Copenhagen’s Northaven. Our new office features a stunning rooftop terrace with breathtaking city and harbor views.
