Your role
Employees and their well-being are at the heart of Specsavers and therefore also our biggest focus area. As an HR Business Partner, you help our store owners (partners) to create a workplace where job satisfaction and employee development are part of everyday life, and you support the support office with various HR-related areas. You will work closely with both the regional managers for the stores and the HR team at the support office, and these will be your main tasks:
Work at the support office (appr. 70%)
  • Responsibility for different HR areas based on the needs of the organization – for example onboarding, wellbeing, D&I, management support in recruitment processes, internal communication and insurances.
  • HR-related administration.
  • Contribute to the further development of the HR team’s processes and routines.
  • Based on needs, participate in and lead various processes within HR.
Working with the stores (appr. 30%)
  • Support and proactively work with partners on HR-related issues, such as employee and team development, rehabilitation, and labour law issues and negotiations.
  • Support partners in the work of developing and retaining employees, as well as building commitment and a good working environment in our stores.
  • Develop and update HR tools in the form of manuals, guidelines, and templates that can make it easier for partners in their role as an employer.
  • Educate and develop partners in various HR-related areas.
  • Manage our employee survey for the stores.
Your new team
We’re a highly skilled and collaborative team with an ambition to take Specsavers’ employee experience to the next level. As HR BP you´ll be a third of our small HR team, otherwise consisting of Head of HR and HR/Payroll administrator. 
We like to get involved, learn from each other, and have fun together even though our roles are quite independent. You´ll also collaborate with many other colleagues at the support office and in the stores.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar and at least 3 years of experience in an HR BP role.
  • Good expertise in labor law, negotiation experience and broad experience of manager support and employee matters.
  • Used to independently run projects and different areas of responsibility.
  • Very good language skills both written and oral in Swedish and English.
  • Preferably experience from retail.
