What you’ll do? 
  • Create insights on customer profiles, segments and behaviors by exploring and analyzing customer data across all touchpoints and from multiple sources. 
  • Develop, execute, communicate and extract learnings on campaign results and key customer & database metrics
  • Analyze results for multichannel 1-1 campaigns and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and share this with relevant stakeholders. 
  • Act as expert in customer data, segmentation and analytics; advice marketing colleagues about the use of data and databased insights. 
  • Act as data and analytics champion; develop frameworks, tools and processes to ensure that a test-based approach and analytical insights can be incorporated into and form the basis for key business decision making. 
  • Establish and manage frameworks for visualization and reporting of data and key insights to various stakeholders in the region. 
We’re a highly skilled and collaborative team with an ambition to take Specsavers’ marketing model to the next level. As a key member of the customer engagement team, you will be responsible for analysing customer data and campaign results across marketing channels as well as creating actionable insights for improving the customer experience and marketing performance. We have lots of data, and a strong tradition of using data across the organization, but there is much more we can do. We need you to help us connect our data in our journey towards a more customer centric marketing approach.  
Who you are? 
  • Hands-on experience with customer/marketing data analysis preferable from a large organization or a specialized agency. 
  • Experience with customer database analysis and digital and CRM campaign reporting 
  • Higher education in economics, econometrics, math or similar study. 
  • Experience with analysing data from both online and offline channels. 
  • Experience with SQL and PowerBI – or appetite to learn
