Help secure a solid pipeline of new Partners

Your new workday
Having a solid pipeline of new potential partners that are ready to take an open partner position is critical for our success in our business. In the role as Partner in Development (PiD) Lead, you’ll build and develop a consistent PiD offer across our Northern Europe (NE) region. You’ll help build transparency when it comes to candidate requirements, the recruitment process, and providing Recruitment with data and the status of PiD candidates. You’ll also be responsible for producing and maintaining materials, guidelines, and processes, so that all countries are aligned. The role is essential to give new Partners a solid foundation to become Partners and improve their leadership capabilities. 
Your new workday will consist of tasks like:
  • Owning, creating, and maintaining content for the PiD program 
  • Supporting the local L&D teams, by producing materials, processes, and guidelines
  • Implementation of new PiD initiatives across the region
  • Consistently improving our PID offer based on feedback from participants and country teams
  • Ensuring the PID offer content is made available via our internal learning platform
  • Support country teams to be able to deliver the PID training for their candidates in the countries, act as Train the Trainer if needed to build country competencies
  • Defining the recruitment process and assessment of PID candidates with recruitment and country teams.

Your qualifications

Juggling many stakeholders, your communication, facilitation, and presentation skills must be top notch. Even though you deliver high quality, you’ll also need to be able to work with tight deadlines. On top of that, you can recognise yourself in the below requirements: 
  • Experience working in Training and Retail environments
  • Experience in-store, online, and classroom training
  • Excellent English writing skills to be able to deliver training content
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and demonstrating great stakeholder management skills
  • Able to create content and strong knowledge of MS Office programs, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate great planning and supporting skills.
