Ready, set, go!
The programme consists of 3 placements in our product, retail and marketing functions – for up to 6 months each. You’ll lead or assist in projects and have clear objectives to work towards – all aimed at making a difference at Specsavers and for yourself.
Nothing beats a good intro. The programme will kick-off with an introduction period of 100 days – in which you will get to know the business and visit various stores and support offices across Northern Europe and in the UK.
Pack a bag!
There’ll be travel. You’ll visit the UK (south of England and Guernsey in the Channel Islands) and also other Northern European countries. In fact, you may need to relocate for your placements. So you’ll enjoy the full experience, on location.
We will make you the best you can be
To be considered for our Future Talent Programme you must hold a degree in business studies, retail, marketing or a related discipline. You’ve either just graduated or have a few years work experience in one of these subjects.
You’d love to work in a retail business within a product, retail or marketing function – whether that’s in your own country or abroad.
Strategic thinking is your second nature. You’re able to see the big picture and have excellent interpersonal skills plus confidence in building great relationships and influencing others.
