Grounded in our collaboration, curiosity, courage, and compassion values, we strive to challenge the status quo and invite you to team up with us. We’re searching for a new colleague to join our team of Regional Relationship Managers (RRMs) to continuously driving close and effective working relationships with our Partners, who are the people running and owning our stores.
What you’ll get?
- Become part of an international team with friendly, smart, and passionate colleagues

What you’ll do?
As our new RRM, you’ll be the primary contact for our Partners. You’ll support them in maximising the performance and profit of their Specsavers Businesses. There’ll also be a focus on the integration of our optics and audiology businesses to develop and support our overall growth strategy, where you’ll focus on cross selling between audiology and optical businesses.
This role will have a strong focus on financial and commercial matters. You will be responsible for risk management and able to identify legal issues and responsible for mitigation of financial exposure. This will be achieved by robust analysis of KPI’s and consistent review of financial reporting. Furthermore, you’ll be responsible for succession planning within the Partnership structure in your region, and you’ll work closely with colleagues from other teams at the support office, in order to enable successful share transfers and activities on your region. - Work cross functionally to identify growth strategies, in both existing portfolio and new locations
- Focus on an integrated optics and audiology customer journey, to maximise the business
- Actively work with the Partners to develop their personal development plans and in the understanding of their own leadership
- Support the selection process for Joint Venture Partners (JVPs) to ensure the incoming partners are of the highest calibre.
Specsavers’ business is growing, and you can look forward to collaborating with engaged colleagues as well as store Partners across the Netherlands. When coming into the support office in Maarssen, you’ll quickly sense the vibrant and inspiring atmosphere, where ambition and good laughs go hand in hand.
Who you are?
We’re looking to recruit an experienced and commercially minded individual, who’s familiar with multi-site retail or commercial operations. - Ability to present with impact by having effective and adaptable communication skills to suit and engage all audiences in a variety of different forums
- Continuous improvement mindset, proactively seeking feedback from peers
