What you’ll do?

In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and implementing our fundamental measurement framework and then supporting the design of each set of strategic trials, executing the measurement techniques, and delivering the insights upon completion. You’ll support our Strategic Initiatives team by managing the research and analysis across all our customer and colleague touch points that we need to generate insights upon – from understanding how customers engage with new technology, to the impact on Brand experience, loyalty, customer volumes, value etc. 

So, if you’re excited about  delivering meaningful insights to support strategic testing plans and helping to create customer journey learnings for the future, this role might have your name on it!

More specifically, you can look forward to working on:

  • Playing an instrumental role in delivering insight solutions based on an extensive understanding of the team’s objectives, our customers, impact of new technology, research techniques, and desired outcomes.
  • Managing and delivering multiple insight projects on time and to budget
  • Using your business acumen to ensure recommendations thatare grounded in customer insight also make sound commercial sense
  • Supporting the ongoing design and implementation of customer insight frameworks.

 

How will this role progress? 

Within 3 months, you will:  

  • Be onboarded and and learn about Specsavers and our exciting Strategic Programmes.
  • Begin to develop our first set of Strategic measures
  • Get acquainted with our exciting business, how we work, collaborate and deliver for our customers.

 

Within 6-12 months, you are:  

  • Supporting the shaping of our future customer proposition and journeys with clear measures in place
  • The expert and go-to person for  both online and offline customer journeys measurement, leading research and analysis
  • Working to support an exciting agile and Strategic team programme.

Who you are?

  • Proven track record of applying and effectively summarising market research into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Insights experience gained across a range of research specialisms (including desk research/analytics, qualitative and quantitative studies, and digital) and versed in a wide variety of insight methodologies 
  • Strong verbal (presentation) and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing business priorities
  • Excellent relationship skills and a high level of self-motivation
  • Strong project & budget management skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English – both written and spoken

Experience of working in a B2C business (eCommerce, Retail, Travel, Gaming, Leisure, Financial Services etc.) is desired.
