Joining our New Talent Programme means joining one of our support offices in Northern Europe. Over 12 months, you’ll be working in various roles, discovering what makes you the best you can be!
Meet talented Natalie!
When Natalie finished her studies back in 2018, she didn’t know what she wanted to do. She had a creative background and got really drawn towards the mix of creativity and aesthetics that Specsavers products offered. So, she went ahead and applied to our Talent Programme. Since then, it’s safe to say that Natalie has been keeping creative! Natalie has now worked in both our Trading and eCommerce departments, and today, she works with the advancement of our contact lenses.

Meet our Talent, Nina!
Nina joined our Talent Programme back in 2020. She spotted an advert on LinkedIn and jumped at the opportunity to apply. Since being on the programme, Nina has gotten many opportunities to develop fast. She’s worked with local marketing, supply chain, and now sustainability development.

Caring career support
We’ve always done things differently – the same goes for our New Talent Programme. Whether you’re a graduate or experienced professional, you’ll get personal support from our senior leaders. Throughout your programme, they’ll be there to help you understand everything you need to know about their teams. You also get to check in with your fellow programme peers every Friday to share stories and do some fun activities together.

Discover what you’re best at!
We know how it feels. As a graduate, you may not know where to start your career. Luckily, there’s plenty of variety on offer at Specsavers. Besides completing two placements in different areas like marketing, finance, human resource, or design, you’ll also lead and assist projects to explore your limits and ultimately discover the area that makes you the best you can be.
12 months in career heaven
You’ll receive 12 months of structured development. For the first six months, you’ll be working in a specialised function in one of our country offices near you. Every Friday will be dedicated to your career development and activities with your fellow programme peers. For the remaining six months, we’ll decide your next role together and do a host of events before you move into your permanent role in the business.

We’re a global business, with stores and offices across Northern Europe and the UK. You’ll have the opportunity to visit and work alongside some of our other country colleagues, so be sure to pack a bag and be ready for take-off.

From Copenhagen to Gothenburg
We’ll support you every step of the way to get you settled in properly for your customised career programme. However, to get you off to the best start, you’ll need to be able to easily get to one of our support offices in either Copenhagen, Aalborg, Oslo, Gothenburg, or Maarssen. In case there’s an open placement for you to spend in one of our other offices, we’ll cover the costs to get you there.
