Specsavers provides amazing support, in the finance department we have to draw on knowledge from experienced colleagues but we also have an informative program that assists us with procedures. They encourage you to further your knowledge through different courses and there are so many avenues available if you feel you want to branch off into a different career path.

There is a freedom to let my initiative fly; if you think of something that can improve the current processes then you are free to explore it. Should it prove to have merit then there is a freedom to be able to implement the change.
