The strength of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is vital in enabling us to deliver first-class customer experience and communication. We already do a great job with our recall driving, but a global programme, named Project Jump! was initiated to reshape how we deliver CRM by exploring how we can efficiently and effectively extract maximum value from our multi-channel customer data.
At Specsavers, we are passionate about supporting our colleagues to be the best they can be by giving them access to some of the greatest learning and development programmes on offer. Which is why in September 2021 we partnered with EConsultancy, to help us develop modern marketing skills and capabilities across our marketing team.
Over 90 colleagues from CRM, Digital Data and Analytics teams globally joined in and attended four virtual workshops about upskilling in priority areas, followed by a practical case study on live marketing opportunities. In teams, they had to work together to identify and present innovative solutions. Everyone also had access to a learning portal, Springboard, which was a space to share and apply resources as well as a training platform to distribute knowledge and skills more widely.

I’ve particularly appreciated seeing the teams from across all regions come together for the first time, building a dynamic, collaborative community that will only strengthen over time.
