What the Green Room is?

The Green Room officially launched back in June 2018, as the platform for the community of candidates approved for business ownership with Specsavers, to find their very own partnership, while receiving support and guidance along the journey.

Why we decided to set it up?

To provide candidates with a dedicated support service and help fill the gaps on their journey to being Specsavers business owners.

What people can expect from it?

• • 1:1 support for each Pathway approved candidate
  • Visibility over all partnership opportunities via the Green Room website
  • Monthly newsletters and weekly updates via the WhatsApp group
  • Divisional Green Room events
  • Facilitate meetings with the local Retail Support teams
  • Support with the purchasing and finance process
  • Introduction to the ‘Partner Mentor Program’
  • Information and registration for the ‘Welcome to the Partnership’ event

How to get access if they want to?
