Position: Dispensing Optician

Salary: up to £31,500 depending on experience + High reward potential bonus scheme 
Working Hours: Full or Part-time considered 
Experience Level: Must have previous experience working in an optician and must have a GOC number.

You’ll need to be a qualified and GOC registered Dispensing Optician with the drive, passion and the willingness to build upon our customer-focused culture. As part of our team, you’ll need to be able to provide a unique blend of customer care and professional excellence. You’ll need to demonstrate good attention to detail along with a passion for the community. Teamwork also forms a big part of our culture, so the ability to work well with others is essential.

We are nestled amid the Pennines and between the rivers Irk and Medlock, southeast of Rochdale and 6.9 miles northeast of Manchester.  Oldham Town Centre is less than 10 minutes from both the M60 (junction 22) and M62 (junction 20) and Oldham’s Metrolink tram extension connects to the borough to Rochdale, Central Manchester and beyond to East Didsbury.  Buses run from Manchester to Oldham every 10 minutes throughout the day.
